A thematic track titled ‘Reducing plastic and chemical pollution in the marine environment’ was organized by INOPOL during the World Sustainable Development Summit hosted by TERI on the 18th February 2022. Besides INOPOL scientists, eminent speakers from aligned ministries of Government of India and Norway presented at the event. 110 professionals attended the event and it was covered by 80 national and regional newspapers in India.
